This Authorization for History or Credit Check is a letter which an Applicant can sign which gives a Company permission to conduct a review and verification of different aspects of the Applicant's life and history -- credit, banking, residential history, employment history, criminal record, prior names, and/or driving record. The extent of the permission can be limited to only selected topics. This authorization may be used when applying for credit or new employment.
