A 30-minute consultation to assess the legal needs of your business.
Business name search of California Secretary of State online records.
Completion and filing of your name reservation, Articles of Organization, and corporate SOI ("Statement of Information").
Customized Bylaws based on your client portal questionnaire answers and initial consultation.
Documentation related to the First Meeting of the Board of Directors: (1) Waiver of Notice & Consent, (2) Proposed Agenda and Resolutions of the First Meeting, customized to reflect the needs of your new corporation, and (3) Minutes of the First Meeting based on the proposed agenda and resolutions.
A checklist of important tasks to complete after formation related to operating your business.
A 30-minute consultation approximately one year after formation to assess the progress of your corporation. Following the consultation, you receive a "State of Your Corporation" report that summarizes topics that may affect your corporation and if applicable identifies updates to your Bylaws that may be necessary because of changes in your business circumstances or the law.
All work, including consultations and drafting of documents, is performed by CVL's licensed practicing attorney.

Limited Services Agreement

AGREEMENT FOR LIMITED ADVICE AND LEGAL SERVICES BETWEEN YOU ("CLIENT") AND CREATIVE VISION LEGAL ("THE FIRM")

The agreement to advise you begins at the time the Firm has received payment of your fee through the credit card system and will end after the Firm has provided you the task or service that you have purchased.

- You are making no commitment to use the Firm's services at any time in the future, and the Firm has not agreed to represent you by, for example, going to a hearing or trial with you, preparing your case for trial or providing any legal assistance other than the limited legal advice services listed on the page that describes the particular service that you are purchasing from this website. The Firm will have no further obligation to you after completing the task that you have purchased. 

- The Firm has made no further investigation of the facts and we rely entirely on you, the client, to provide the facts of your situation.

- Once payment is received, an attorney/client relationship is created between the Firm and you. HOWEVER, BEFORE PAYMENT IS MADE WE MAY DECLINE TO GIVE YOU ADVICE IF A CONFLICT OF INTEREST EXISTS.  For example, if the Firm discovers it has already advised your business partner on a matter adverse to your interest, representation will be declined.
