Assignment of Copyright $25.00

This agreement is to be used to assign all rights, title and interest in and to a copyright and rights pertaining to said copyright.
How it works:

1. You will answer a questionnaire giving us the information we need to complete your document.
2. We will upload your completed document to your secure client portal.
3. You will be able download your document, print it, out and store the final copy online indefinitely.
4. Additional instruction for use of the completed document is included in the price.
