Warranty Deed $300.00

A Warranty Deed transfers real property with a guarantee that the seller has the right to sell the land, that the land has no hidden encumbrances, and that the seller will resolve any problems with the Deed that arise. An "encumbrance" is something that could interfere with the buyer's enjoying full use of the land, such as liens, unpaid taxes, or a third party's legal right to use the land (known as an "easement").
How it works:

1. You will answer a questionnaire giving us the information we need to complete your document.
2. We will upload your completed document to your secure client portal.
3. You will be able download your document, print it, out and store the final copy online indefinitely.
4. Additional instruction for use of the completed document is included in the price.
