This is a simple construction contract between a Contractor and Subcontractor for work to be done on an existing contract/project.
Clauses include requirements of the Subcontractor for liability insurance, casualty insurance, payment arrangements, etc. How it works:
You will answer a questionnaire giving us the information we need to complete your document.
We will upload your completed document to your secure client portal.
You will be able download your document, print it, out and store the final copy online indefinitely.
