LPA 8 - Notice to Public Guardian of application to Court of Protection

If you have made an application to the Court of Protection to object to the registration of a lasting power of attorney, you need to send this form to the Office of the Public Guardian informing them of your objection. If you do not send this form to the Public Guardian, there is a risk that the LPA will be registered.
